The aquatic environment is an ideal mode of exercise that benefits many populations. Swimming improves flexibility, aerobic endurance, joint range of motion and the body's circulation. The properties of water provide a low-impact resource that is great for athletes who are cross training and members who are rehabbing from injury or illness, suffering from inflamed joints and chronic pain. Our aquatic programs and staff offer classes ranging from low impact to high intensity. We welcome all levels to participate in our aquatic programs.
