We have an one-chair hair salon. Our hairdresser works every Monday and Tuesday. The Activities Coordinator, Marie Tsourakis, schedules appointments and arranges payments from residents through their personal fund accounts (which are usually set up during admission).  Short-term rehab patients usually pay cash but can also set up an personal fund account that Marie manages for them.  If a resident has their own hairdresser, Marie can set up a time so they can use the hair salon.

What activities are available for the residents at The Foley Center?

Each month the Activities Coordinator prepares an activities calendar. Activities such as Bingo, exercise, watercolors, Bible study, sit down square dance, ice cream socials, and sing alongs. In addition to the daily activities, there are special parties such as 50’s parties, Halloween, 4th of July, and Beach Parties.. Activities will be in different neighborhoods for ease of access to patients/residents.
